Le film expérimental, une autre approche de la ville

A programme of experimental films and video art around the city for all ages, with artworks of Annabelle Verhaeghe, HeHe, Jeff Scher, Nikodio & Paatrice, Lise Lecocq, Christophe Didier & Marie-Pierre Bonniol and Johann Van Aerden. The programme is presented within the programme Métamorophoses, powered by Un Été Au Havre on February 1st 2024.

Experimental film offers a different approach to the city, one that is active and engaged, by writing and fictionalising the space around us. Marie-Pierre Bonniol will be presenting her plans for Le Volcan’s programming around experimental film, video art and childhood, as well as a selection of short films that can speak to all audiences about the city, its spaces, its use and its representations through creation.

The programme is curated by Marie-Pierre Bonniol on an invitation of Gaël Charbaud (Un Été Au Havre) et Camille Barnaud (Le Volcan).
